Shipping & Returns


In an effort to enhance your shopping experience and give as many customers an opportunity to purchase our merchandise, The Street Boutique may place limits on select items and/or purchases and we also reserve the right to limit, cancel and/or prohibit orders.


Once your order has been placed, it will typically ship no later than 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.  If for any reason, you need an item by a specific date please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Unfortunately due to the impact of COVID-19, you may experience a delay in shipping. 


We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order.  If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS.

All of our shipments include Tracking and Delivery confirmation.  If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate your issue.  We can not be held accountable for packages where the tracking information states the package was delivered.

Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries! Your satisfaction is our goal so we will work to make it right.

You have 14 days from your date of purchase to send an item back. Remember you can always bring it right into the store for a store credit or exchange, to avoid the delays of shipping back to us. If the item was purchased 20 or more days ago, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

For your item to qualify for a return, it must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it In its original packaging with all tags, free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any stains.

If items are returned in any of these conditions, we will send it back and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. We will not be able to refund your money. Sales of all monogrammed/personalized items, intimate items, sale and clearance merchandise are final.

When returning an item be sure to include a copy of your receipt. When returning by mail, be sure to write the reason for the return and a contact phone number and email address on the copy of the receipt.

To make the transaction as smooth as possible, we recommend sending your items through USPS, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number.

We hope you understand that we cannot be responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us. When your item arrives back to us, it will be processed within 5 business days. Once processed, you will receive store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. We cannot refund shipping charges.

We will send an email letting you know that we received/approved/processed your return OR to let you know we must refuse the return. Once items are processed for refund, credit will be applied to your credit card or original form of payment within 15 business days. This policy is only for online purchases.
